Great platform for customer support!

What do you like best? Ease of use. The user interface is clean and crisp. What do you dislike? Can't seem to easily email out one off messages to people not already in the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure nothing falls between the cracks and gets lost with support inquiries.

Literally an essential cure for headaches

What do you like best? Simple and streamlined way to manage tickets. EXTREMELY helpful and essential for my company. I love how I can sign in and immediately see where my customer support process is succeeding/needing improvement. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has great Zoho CRM Integration and has a very intuitive design. What do you dislike? It looks more complicated than it really is at first look. Zoho Helpdesk

What do you like best? Not having to merge tickets. Everthing is in a nice flow and when clients respond back to email it doesn't create a new ticket. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. The helpdesk works like we expect it to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are helping are Client services team support the end users

What do you like best? The Platform is very user friendly and comprehensive covering all items that are important to register and keep track of What do you dislike?
