Simple Chat integration into websites

What do you like best? Zoho Desk and Simple IQ allowed me to add chat functionality to my website without extensive coding. Their FAQ section and instructions made it a breeze to communicate quickly with my customers What do you dislike? I didn't like the access zoho desk screen. What do you like best? I like to personalize fields and facility inserting in new module What do you dislike? Restarting the server clears all authTokens and users must re-authenticate.
