What do you like best? This is among the top and best apps available in the market for controlling the office support. Zoho Desk is simple to use and the quite effective. Easy ramp-up - tons of useful features

What do you like best? We chose Zoho Desk to easily integrate with our customer service. The ramp-up was quick, easy to get working in just 1 or two hours. Especially automation simplifies our daily workload. What do you dislike? The E-Mail connection setup was a bit tricky. We had minor problems finding important buttons like "Reply" due to the user interface. Once getting used to it - everything is fine now. What do you like best? The ease of configuring each aspect of the platform as well as the clear, concise and manageable supporting articles/knowledge base What do you dislike? Not being able to have a "New" option for tickets instead of "Open" . Would be easier to identify and manage if this was available. What problems are you solving with the product?
