What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Very easy to setup and has some great features out of the box. Great bit of software as companies first case management solution. Selection of fields selections is great and has the majority of field types you could need.

"ZOHO DESK Review"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Although this is similar to the competition, a few functions still stand out, a timeline can displayed that shows all of a customer's past tickets. Depending on the issue, Zoho Desk can also explicitly request approvals. Furthermore, tickets can be list as a table view. As Zoho Desk opens a chat as soon as several customer service agents are working on a ticket. Overall a professional system with many possibilities, depending on the chosen model.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Pricing is good. Even Standard edition has a lot of functions, and it allows me to customize the customer portal. What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Ticket and Status of each to address via single email. Unlike other portal users are prompted with multiple portals and logins. Good and fit for our solution.
