"Useful, if not cumbersome."
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Customization, and reporting are huge wins. The ability to adjust the CRM, and the way you use it, to suit your particular workflow is extremely beneficial. Cross-user feeds and notifications are also a godsend for keeping on top of a shared lead pool.

"Valuable data at a glance"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We used zoho at my previous job when I was a manager to view important statistics and numbers. The graphs were simple to read andmI was able to keep track of productivity of the team I managed. The data was available on homenet, but Zoho had all the info on one page at a glance and some data I had to do a little work to obtain. Long story short, it saves a lot of time.

"Great CRM for Smaller businesses"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The detailed records of leads make it very easy to look back on and recall discussions with potential clients. I also find that the integration via typeform responses and Google Sheets make it great for those interested in automating the process.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I used their Enterprise CRM edition, it was easy to customize the data representation and their support system is super sweet in helping their clients.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho Motivator works alongside Zoho CRM and is aimed at helping users get the most out of their software. All basic CRM data such as potentials, leads, etc. are automatically synced from user's CRM accounts the moment that they sign up for Zoho Motivator. Based on this data, managers can establish contests and then display the results on large-screen TVs.

"Great product for the cost"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The company I worked for that used zoho used the free, unpaid version of zoho which was great. It was easy to use, we even were able to implement it into a form on our website to collect contact information for people interested in learning more about our company.
