What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is an internet hosted customer relationship management tool and let us manage customer contact detail on a single place. We can stay in touch with clients/customers and track all customer activities on this tool. Zoho CRM is an customizable tool and lets us customize our product features and convert them as a requirement of others. it integration with other application let me manage my data easily.

"Valuable data at a glance"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We used zoho at my previous job when I was a manager to view important statistics and numbers. The graphs were simple to read andmI was able to keep track of productivity of the team I managed. The data was available on homenet, but Zoho had all the info on one page at a glance and some data I had to do a little work to obtain. Long story short, it saves a lot of time.

"Useful, if not cumbersome."
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Customization, and reporting are huge wins. The ability to adjust the CRM, and the way you use it, to suit your particular workflow is extremely beneficial. Cross-user feeds and notifications are also a godsend for keeping on top of a shared lead pool.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I used their Enterprise CRM edition, it was easy to customize the data representation and their support system is super sweet in helping their clients.

"So Far So Good- I Use Zoho To Convert Marketing Leads To Potentials"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I am in the sales development team in my organization. I take care of the inbound education leads. As soon as a lead gets pre-qualified, it comes to Zoho. We then create a potential so that the salesperson ahead and all the other teams could start working on the deal. We use Zoho finance and analytics as well.
