I like a lot Zoho CRM because it is really useful for any business since it allows you to have a huge growth in sales and advertising since it has a strong system that allows me to improve relations with My clients and at the same time earning new ones, without a doubt this is quite useful since it automates everything and makes the work much more fluid and above all efficient

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is a great, reliable CRM that is not too costly for the number of features that are offered in box. It is a great CRM for small businesses, as it is not cost-prohibitive and offers a lot of features outside of a simple sales app. We have also used the email marketing feature which is helpful for sending marketing material to clients.
