What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has a very good user interface and it suits the needs of every small to mid-sized businesses. It offers a lot of out of the box features and tools like sales and marketing automation, customer support and customer analytics. It also has a mobile application which makes it easier to close deals much faster.

"I rally enjoyed working with ZOHO !"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has a very user-friendly interface. It is very good when you work in a financial company and how its connected to the emails. The statistics part is very clear as well which in some CRMs is not very good. ZOHO is one of the CRM that I was happy to work with, it wasnt letting us down, wasnt stucking etc

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is helpful to manage the leads. In Zoho CRM, lead details contain a combination of the company (account), the person (contact), and business opportunity (deal), depending on your CRM requirement - for managing Business to Business(B2B) industry or Business to Consumer (B2C) industry.
