"zoho helps us keep track of our sales pipeline"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is great for managing our sales pipeline. it allows us to easily input leads into the interface and then follow that lead through the whole sales pipeline. the price of this CRM is manageable given the number of features that it offers. There are definitely cheaper versions of CRMs, but for the amount of features that Zoho CRM provides, it is worth the price. the support team is super helpful.

"¡¡...The access requirements to Zoho CRM are special..!! "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? This program is based on the creation of systems to accompany the world of digital marketing, the access was easily what allowed me to deepen every aspect of the tool in order to give it proper use and the required utility. However, I proceeded with the integration of each application to design a personal statistical system to evaluate the feasibility indexes using Zoho CRM.

"manage sales pipeline and customer relationships"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? it is great for tracking sales pipelines - the number of leads that are in your pipeline, what is happening and the status of these leads, and whether they are going to close. it is also great for tracking sales and marketing kpis such as revenue, average deal size, etc. customer support is very helpful and knowledgeable.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We use Zoho CRM to keep track of our sales pipeline and client obligations. It is not as robust as Salesforce, but it is significantly cheaper making it the better option for a small company such as ours.

"You can customize it to your business needs"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It's easy to customize, create and rearrange the modules and fields for lead and account needs. This helps us keep all of our client profiles organized and updated to ensure compliance in an evolving start up company. Also, I LOVE that I can upload and save documents to each account. Also, I like how I can see each employee's tasks for that day all on my homepage, it makes it easier to audit later.
