"Good view of the dashboard, good CRM overall"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is a very intuitive application for clients. This CRM software is not limited to simply tracking how the client interacts with the email, but it goes in depth in each one, making it not an automatic response to them and it is more personal. Unlike many similar applications, Zoho CRM has first-class technical support; it has the service in many languages and any, being very useful when solving any problem we have with the application.
