What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I loved their dashboard which captures all the data in one place. I loved the way we can automate the workflow and customer journey that is most important when it comes to sales. It is so easy that anybody can build a workflow on ZOHO CRM. They also have excellent analytics tools that helped us with our customer insights.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The pricing structure is reasonable, it is relatively easy to set up, and it doesn't require a whole lot of maintenance to make use of. The interface is quite intuitive, as well.
