What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Helps to track my work faster. Manage and follow my business activities from anywhere. The main advantage about the CRM is its very customizable. The features are very amazing. Best contact relations manage I've been able to find.

"Be Careful. You Get What You Pay For"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho One and its apps are relatively easy to use if you haven't used another CRM or similar app before. We have had a lot of frustration and confusion with users trying to figure out Zoho CRM, and how to make it function like Salesforce. It doesn't, and some things it just can't do.

"Good value for the money, but not perfect!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the integrations with the entire Zoho ecosystem and the marketplace is huge. Zoho CRM offers powerful features with Automations, blueprints and great reporting.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The fact that you can track marketing campaigns is a plus. Zoho is very useful for putting a timeline on your campaigns and tracking their progress. Great for larger marketing teams
