What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Personalization. We were able to customize it based on our user flows and this helped us automate a lot of manual and repetitive tasks for us. This has improved our customer relationships significantly

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho crm has made connections with Google ads, so it is amazingly easy to store all of my data with my google account.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The best thing is organization tree feature also the employees can be seen going in or out using Biometric sensors, also it is very responsive and the support team is good

"CRM for Small Users"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Priced reasonably and the interface is easy to use. Implementing the software and customization requires watching videos and ZOHO provides good emails outlining what training yoiu should participate in to get the system up and running. Sales Signals is a nice feature that allows you to see when emails are opened as well as the customer scoring which allows you to see in a glance which leads are moving through the pipeline.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Terrible customer support. This software is very buggy and causes alot if issues. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? ZOHO integrates with a lot of other features and can be used as one-all/end-all solution for tracking sales, following, email marketing, etc.

"Easiest to customize"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? There’s so many ways that you can customize the CRM for your purposes. I am a real estate investor in finding a platform that can conform to the nuances that Real estate has was difficult. But zoho really is one of the easiest platforms to use and customize for your purposes.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the simplicity that Zoho provides to the user. We have our CRM linked up with Ring Central and it works like a charm. The email functions are great. I can do a mass email of 500 a day, I can tell if an email was opened, clicked or received. Provides great statistics on revenue and accounts.

I've worked with several companies who use this tool and I am always amazed by how flexible it is and how all these companies always have such a personalized range of actions and fields, all allowed by the CRM developers, of course.
