"Good management system"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the flexibility of being able to assign tasks to anyone at any time, without special permissions. It is nice to change the calendar settings without getting permission from the person who created the task. I also like being able to work on projects as a group and use Zoho tasks to solve problems in a variety of ways.

"Good Alternative to Salesforce on a Budget"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It gets the job done it has many of the features of the higher end tools, but is much cheaper and can handle the job for starter companies not looking to spend as much as you would on larger systems.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Organization to detail! The people there are striving to work, may be overnight in shift, and they really work hard, to maintain a huge Site like theirs, besides giving the opportunity to millions freelancer to write, translate, issue Invoices, (the department of Invoices is well organized and performed to detail0, with transparency and consistency.

"Its a great email software to use"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? That I am able to read the entire email without haveing to doubleclick to open the whole thing. All I have to do is click on it and it pops up in a separate window.
