What do you like best about Zoho CRM? with only having potential clients the priority is to act immediately with them trying to interact in all possible ways; The application of Zoho CRM allows all the possible technological tools of communication to be in favor of the company in order to unify apps and all operative management in one, for that reason since I discovered it I benefit most from it.

"Decent CRM with limited features"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? This product worked very well for sales people to notate leads and their interactions with clients. However, it doesn't have all the features that other software has.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is very easy to user and there are tons of filters to use to sort leads. It's also easy to set up email templates and send mass emails to leads.

"Easy to use, integrates well with other Zoho modules"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The CRM itself is fairly basic, and works very well. The best part of the CRM is that it ties in seamlessly with the many other Zoho modules. Great for small teams.

"Zoho CRM"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The services offered in this CRM such as Calendar, Notebook and Docs are useful. The content management is my primary need, and these would be satisfactory to manage deadlines, jot down ideas and potentially store documents. However, I think this is an adjunct service and not something I would use as a go-to service when I can find the same services elsewhere for my needs.
