"A Great Tool"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is very user friendly, has a great user interface, and is able to store so much client information. It is a genuinely great and handy tool. Also, the ability to have multiple users in the program, and filter clients by specific user, is also a very positive feature that we all enjoy.
