"Great tool!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The Zoho CRM platform is very intuitive and easy to use immediately. Zoho seems to be the most flexible and cross-vertical friendly. This is a great feature where you visually can determine which tasks are needed to execute.

"It’s been challenging"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? As a user, I can see the potential in the customization of zoho. I’ve worked with two companies that implemented zoho, one from the ground up and my current employer who has had it in place for a while. It’s flexible and customizable and meets all our needs for sending and receiving sales documents and for keeping customer records and reviewing my sales.

"Zoho not entirely the easiest or most obvious interface"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It integrates with many other 3rd party apps. Its easy to import contact lists. Personalizing dashboards and set up is not bad. I like that it integrates with social media, so we can see where incoming leads found us on Twitter for example.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Easy to setup email campaigns and track results. The integration with social media is pretty cool. Ability to get our trade show leads in quickly and follow up quickly.

"I used to use Zoho but switched to Pipeline Deals"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is not a bad CRM per se.. They all seem to have their quirks and to be quite honest I wouldn't have switched to Pipelinedeals had my company not decided to do so company wide. It's really easy to use and plugs into most if not all of your platforms.. Emails.. phone calls...etc. It's mobile app is easy and it seems to work really well with Gmail interface.

"Zohocrm has helped us a lot with lead management"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? What we liked most about using Zoho CRM is that it offers us many facilities when segmenting our customers. It is excellent for marketing automation, and to organize and prioritize each lead depending on what you can offer us as a customer. Something we also like about Zoho CRM is its customer interaction tracking system, and its user-friendly interface.

"ZohoCRM will help us compare varieties of metrics"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? What most caught our attention and we liked was the issuance of invoices, and if we want more functions for them we can integrate Zoho invoice to the platform (something totally innovative). We also like its fully updated database and its historical control of each of the contacts we have. It is used for sales management.

"Comes in a great package and for affordable price"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The Zoho whole suite is offered relatively for an affordable price. You can get CRM alone with when its with the package, it plays nicely with everything. CRM ties with Zoho mail and its other extensions. This is similar to how Google tools place nicely with others but CRM is not something Google offers.
