What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We really like how easy it is to make sales forecasts with zohocrm, mainly because we can organize depending on the kind of client we are working with, be it a construction client or a financial client. Zohocrm is perfect for the handling of feedback, and to segment our clients depending on their usefulness as such. It is perfect for text analysis, and trend.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We use Zoho to track our sales leads, ongoing projects, and trade shows. In general I'd say the biggest pro is the flexibility and customization offered by the software. It's some serious bang for your buck! To this day, we create new tabs and have it track new lists or integrate it with new software.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The software is very comprehensive. They have thought about every possible CRM related thing you could want to do and have included it in their program. Zoho allows you to customize the software to fit your particular business and to fit you as an individual employee.
