"My First and Best CRM"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is easy to use. The support team is very kind enough to teach you through how to use Zoho CRM. It was amazing how they called me, shared the screen with me and taught me how to use the CRM. It integrates very well with other Zoho products like campaign, Zoho contacts. It keeps track on all the sales processes and helps in organizing the sales and marketing department. I'm using it even now.
