What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The software is affordable, web-based and they work with 501s for a discount. You can also incorporate a lot of what you need (invoiciong, social, etc.) within the same brand

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love that Zoho is so affordable and gives me peace of mind knowing my contacts are living somewhere. I've utliized plug-ins in the past, such as Zapier, to help automate my marketing efforts.
