What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the way that Zoho CRM is anything but difficult to utilize. The setup and style is basic that it permits pretty much anybody with some kind of PC learning to begin. I like the way that the CRM has customization input that can suit your business needs. It has simple to utilize tabs to monitor various parts of offers! Records, contacts, all in a simple to discover tab.

"Customize to your Content"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the customization that Zoho has built into it's system. Every field in the modules can be modified and you are able to write scripts or set up workflows or automation to your hearts content. Zoho CRM is able to sync with Zoho Books so all of your information is in one place, no needing to look in another area for invoice information, its in the CRM.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is great tool which mostly use for customer relation management, it also uses for sales business. We can customize our product features and convert them easily as requirements of customers. What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The software is affordable, web-based and they work with 501s for a discount. You can also incorporate a lot of what you need (invoiciong, social, etc.) within the same brand

"CSR for SMB"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is a great CRM to start our sales team out with. We spent a fortune on Salesforce with 0 adoption. The cost of Zoho is only a fraction of Salesforce so we moved to Zoho to get our Sales team feet wet and build an environment to adopt the use of a CRM.
