What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I really like how the Zoho CRM system has capabilities similar to many of the larger CRM solutions. The ability to sync my calendar and reminder system is a key part of my business and follow up. The ability to access the system remotely via a mobile device is truly a great feature.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that I was able to jump in with very limited CRM knowledge and figure it out organically. It wasn't a steep learning curve, and I was able to immediately begin implementing the basics.
