"I absolutely love zoho"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? There are so many different tools you can utilize; it's not just email. You can create an invoice, website, track payments, take notes, set appointments... it really is just like a small scale outlook. It's very user friendly and easy to navigate. I know that all my important documents and records are safe, secure and that my emails never get reformatted without my consent.
