"The best way to manage deals"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? As an agency it can be difficult to work with multiple clients and their email addresses. Enterprise, with Sales Inbox, makes it easy to segregate emails by address, folder, stage, and any other workflow step that reflects an existing process. This been a difficult solution to find and Enterprise makes it a snap, and even allows you to view and manage email in desktop clients, like Outlook.

"Best CRM so far... at least for me"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I have tried 3 different CRM systems in the last 3.5 years, and Zoho is the one that definitely fits our business needs. We are a 9 people company the does B2B businesses and Zoho CRM is flexible enough to fulfill our CRM needs. Very poiwerfull
