"Easy to use CRM software with lots of functional abilities"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think that zoho is a very versatile CRM for companies. As a real estate firm, it fills important needs through its leads management functionality. Its leads management interface is clean, easy to use, and offers many ways to add information about clients, as well as notes about previous conversations. The CRM itself has some good flow dashboarding to measure agent success in their markets and more.

"Easy CRM that makes my life tons easier"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think the thing that I like about zoho the most is that it has a bunch of different dashboards that real estate agents can use. I am able to view my leads processing times and other reporting at the end of the month to see how I did without any sort of manual calculation. I also really like the leads management interface, as this is always a difficult thing to keep track of for real estate agents who have many clients across the city.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think that the wide amount of dashboards that zoho provides is the part that makes it a great CRM software overall. For my firm specifically, we have been using the leads and customer cycle management dashboards the most because they offer the most benefit. Otherwise, zoho has been an easy way to manage all the different levels of customers(prospect, client, lease signed) because of its easy modification and abilities to process invoices, etc.

"Love the leads management functionality as a real estate agent"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like Zoho's lead management functionality because it helps me manage my day and work based on the status of each type of lead. Zoho's auto invoicing also makes form processing all the more easier, letting me focus on talking to my clients more than paperwork.
