"Highly recommended software that is easy to use"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think that zoho was really easy to pick up and learn right off the bat. Being able to work with the leads management interface without any troubles was awesome. Further, the leads management dashboard is very well developed and has allowed me to process my clients data into forms that are eventually invoiced to brokers automatically once I mark the sales as complete, this automation has been time saving and easy to implement.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think that the best thing about zoho is how easy the complex features are to use. "Great CRM Software for real estate firms"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that zoho has this large amount of dashboards for multiple uses. The most useful one to me has been the leads management interface to separate clients up by the stage of leasing that they are in. This interface has great prioritization and sorting sections so that real estate agents can keep track of the clients that they have spoken to, ones they haven't, and the converted clients ready for invoicing.

"Great CRM software for real estate sales - has tons of functionality!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think that the wide amount of dashboards that zoho provides is the part that makes it a great CRM software overall. For my firm specifically, we have been using the leads and customer cycle management dashboards the most because they offer the most benefit. Otherwise, zoho has been an easy way to manage all the different levels of customers(prospect, client, lease signed) because of its easy modification and abilities to process invoices, etc.
