What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the new updates. The CRM is much more clean than it used to be. It is so simple and straightforward to use. Simplicity is brilliance.

"Wonderful CRM for all different types of companies"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think that zoho has created a great product for client management overall. I have been mostly using the leads management abilities of zoho and I am pleased that I have not ran into any issues so far working with the different categories of clients that I have created for my pipeline. I have also been able to automate form filling and invoicing through zoho itself, which has saved me much time proofing and filling out forms.

"Amazing capabilities (but easy to get a bit lost)"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? As a CRM it can be really helpful. I've used it with a few clients and used it alongside Zoho Surveys, Zoho Forms and Zoho Projects (plus other Zoho and other products). It can do some really clever stuff.

"Easy CRM software that is efficient and good for processing clients"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the Leads Management abilities of Zoho CRM the best. The ability to separate out clients into different categories, input various kinds of information, and customize the dashboard to act according to the business requirements of my company has been immensely useful for me. I also find their reporting dashboards really easy to implement and share with the rest of my firm - they compare sales well and the graphics are effective.
