"Great for adding and tracking leads"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The email integration ability of Zoho, in addition to managing events, is by far the best feature of this software. The reports that can be generated provided all the necessary information we needed for each project and is a great way to manage leads.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I have been using it to manage my customers and I could not be more satisfied. Software has the right specs and very nice performance. Best is that it is Web based so can be accessed from anywhere
