"User Friendly CRM"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like it's user friendliness. It gives an option to edit the layout, through which you can add or rename certain categories. I found it cool. No matter how new you are to the system, you can learn using it in less than 5 minutes. It has options like narrow to zero filters, which will make your life easier. In app mailing by integrating to different tools like outlook is my another favorite feature of it.
