What do you like best? I use Zoho to make invoices and keep track of payments for two companies and it could not be easier. I have the freedom of creating an invoice and send immediately to a client who is already registered in my system and I have always a template with all my bank info and the client address for the shipment. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We like how much automated credit card charging integration. Lots of functionality compared to Freshbooks. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Configuration is really easy to do. Reasonable price point. Super quick implementation. Showcases financial information that people can actually understand. What aspects are problematic or could work better? At times, the currency conversion isn't as precise as I'd like it to be. What do you like best? We can report hours calendar wise. The GUI is user friendly, Reporting facility is very good. We can directly open reporting hours in zoho sheet. What do you like best? Easy to learn and the support is amazing! What do you dislike? I said it is easy to learn, but it still can take some time and there are a few hiccups here and there.
