great product to handle complications.
This is the first product our team used that matches our requirements, provides flexibility and better security. Plus, our team has tried various products of CRM and ERP software's, but that all are very complex to operate and manage. So, one of our employees suggested to use Zoho Bigin and we signed up. Need WhatsApp integration
It's good for SMBs. Everything works. It's an okay CRM. The UI seems outdated. Automations and integrations are very few. Connection with Whatsapp is lacking.
