We now utilise it mainly for social media management, but we will investigate the other services they provide, such as CRM, Forms, and Campaigns.

Bigin CRM by Zoho is a great CRM for small businesses in my opinion. I have used it for Email Integration, Contact sync, building pipelines, etc. What I liked most about Bigin was the reconfigurability of all the parameters and features. The 15 days trial works best to try out most of the features. I would recommend you to try it out.
