Overall - Best social media app from our experience!
We used Zoho Social a few years ago, and we are super happy to use it again with an even higher feature plan to get more value out of it! Indeed, it has been our best overall social media management experience, and we have tried many other well-known apps!

Simple, straightforward - very handy
I've used a lot of CRM software's and while I love a lot of them, for their specific intents and purposes, Bigin remains to be my favorite. Using Bigin means less headache, less work. It's simple and straightforward - and I love that most!

Effectiveness with ease
I like the clean interface, ease of setup, and generally easy navigation. I don't run a big operation (about 100 customers) but this sure makes it easy to keep up with effectiveness, collect my contact notes in one place, etc.
