Very simple to use CRM
Very simple to use CRM. I use it to track my pipeline and it makes follow-up simple and streamlined. It's easy to see where all of my potential clients are in terms of purchasing and no-one gets left behind like other CRM that offer you the moon and back.

Bigin was easy and quick for a small business
Bigin was really easy and quick to set up. Once we were set up it was a very simple application to use. It provided everything we were looking for as a small business.
