Even with its free version, I have been able to manage my social media channels effectively. A little learning curve and then smooth sailing
I've really enjoyed Zoho Social so far. There was a little bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out, it's very easy. Not as intuitive as others, but it gets easier. We did have a hiccup where I had to have my boss lower my status on the portal so that we could get the approval process down which was annoying, but not the end of the world.
