What do you like best? It is very easy to deploy the software and then access any computer in my organization. This saves quite a bit of time and we all know time is money..... What do you dislike? Very well articulated and thoughtful tool

What do you like best? Design, articulation, ease of use. Really loved this tool. What do you dislike? Lack of clarity on directory setup. Kind of complicated to easily understand. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were working with RemotePC and that was not working on Thinclients. Zoho is. Made it easy to work.

What do you like best? ease of use, general ease of connecting with clients What do you dislike? you can only download 40 files at a time, easy enough to get around by zipping them up and then downloading the zipped file. Great Product with Room for Improvement

What do you like best? Zoho Assist has a lot to commend it, not least of which is its low price point. There is a generous free version available (for those still looking for refuge after LogMeIn abandoned its free product and the pricing on for those with greater needs beats out TeamViewer and LogMeIn. Great Product & Super Simple!

What do you like best? Found this software just off a google search - looking for something that was basically "dummy-proof" to remotely help clients sign up for accounts online. This one is beyond simple! I love it! What do you dislike? So far I don't have anything I dislike. The price is perfect and the set-up is easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am taking the guesswork out of a semi-complicated set-up process.
