Affordable and Quality Remote Access Software
What do you like best? It works very well and makes it incredibly to use unattended access. Clients also seem to easily install the client software. Had previously used TeamViewer for 'private' use (of course. Needed to be able to use with clients but the TeamViewer cost was just not feasible. A beginner of Zoho Assist
What do you like best? It is very easy to install and use. It is a very economical solution. What do you dislike? I feel the security level is very less. It seems a bit slow. Recommendations to others considering the product: Who all are working in the IT Service Desk, it is very easy to use and powerful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I could manage important client PCs of different locations easily.

Zoho Assist puts Goto Assist to bed
What do you like best? After having countless issues trying to connect to remote clients systems with Goto assist. We gave Zoho a shot. It works --- every time. Its simple, lightweight and works great. What do you dislike? At first I didnt realize there was a desktop client, but then found it on the Zoho site. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lack of making a clean connection to clients machines

Its amazing
What do you like best? Zoho eco system is amazing, and because I am growing my team remotely I need to be able to connect to them seamlessly to help train and trouble shoot. What do you dislike? Nothing there isn't anything I dislike, at this stage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to work remotely.

The best and very reasonably priced.
What do you like best? Ease of use. I learned to use in just an hour or so. What do you dislike? I would like an agent to run in the quick launch tool bar. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has saved me from making trips to my clients .

Wow
What do you like best? We have been long time LogMeIn users and were really impressed by the added features Zoho Assist has...not mention it is a fraction of the cost of Logmein. The fact that they have mobile remote viewing really stood out to us. What do you dislike? The browser connect can be flaky when connecting, but if you use Google Chrome it is much more reliable. Simple, fast and effective
What do you like best? Remote installation tool is absolutely amazing to have and easy to use. What do you dislike? I have not found a single thing to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a vastly growing company, remote workers is becoming a common occurence and zoho is the best way I can give my team support when they are not in office.

I'm new and comfortable.
What do you like best? I came from TeamViewer. There are things about the navigation in Zoho Assist that are familiar. I like that if gives me several ways to brand my account. What do you dislike? I would like a discount rate for additional team members. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Zoho to do bookkeeping on remote computers that do not use hosted QB for various reasons.

Works well with Mac and Windows
What do you like best? Includes remote support option for on the go What do you dislike? have to pay more for branding. I wish I can just add my URL and logo to the remote support site with professional site I paid What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Product is much better than Teamviewer.
What do you like best? Product is easier to use than Teamviewer. I don't have to waste half an hour to explain to my clients instructions. The process of using remote access is very intuitive and affordable. What do you dislike? Nothing. I'm very happy with the product. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a go.
