My ZoHo Assist
What do you like best? ZoHo Assist is easy to use and a great alternative to my previous LogMeIn which became too expensive. I really like it and had already recommended it to some of my clients. I love the right click option on the iPhone app which is better than the LogMeIn alternative. I also love the restart in "Safe Mode" which I never had before. What do you dislike? Amazingly simple and efficient remote support solution
What do you like best? The best thing about Zoho Assist is that I am able to control so many different devices FROM so many different devices, and it is extremely easy to do so. The ease of controlling desktop computers/servers using iPhone / iPad has made this almost a daily use for me, and it is growing in use every day. Perfect solution for a smaller business
What do you like best? Zoho assist allows for both attended remote support as well as unattended remote support - which is convenient for after hours updates for a remote site. I like the simple and straight forward pricing plan. What do you dislike? I haven't found any downsides yet. Beat remote support tool on the market
What do you like best? Zoho is secure and very fast. It works very well and my customers really like that we have the ability to help them with just a phone call. Less glitchy than other remote service choices that are available. The cost is minimal compared to the quality of the service. What do you dislike? Excellent Product, Hassle Free
What do you like best? I love the fact that the customer can simply click the link sent in the e-mail and it starts a full session. This makes things much easier when trying to access them remotely.
