Makes support easy

What do you like best? I can access many types of machines, has really helped me support our customer remotely, as most are 6 hours drive away. An excellent tool for any tech or business.

What do you like best? Being a consultant for multiple business as well as providing Support it is imperative that we can quickly remote in and assist our clients. Zoho let's us do just that. A quick, web-based login utility that let's us help our users from any device. What do you dislike? When adding new devices I'd like to see Zoho create custom install packages for "groups". Great Software, Better Price.

What do you like best? Easy to use web interface and email invitations. Can we talk about the cost? For the feature set, it can't be beat. What do you dislike? doesn't tie in directly with spiceworks in that you cannot initiate a support session directly from helpdesk. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? its like any other remote support software in its benefits to the work flow and coverage for your clients

Excellent Remote PC Connectivity Software

What do you like best? One of the best things I like about Zoho Assist is the ease of operation. Adding a new client is simply running a program. No configuration or settings to get it running. Another benefit is the price. Can't beat the value! What do you dislike? Nothing really negative at all. One thing I have noticed is the cursor movement seems to be somewhat quicker than what I experience on my PC. Especially when navigating up / down. Not a major issue at all though. ...

Great product, reasonable price!

What do you like best? Easy to use, professional representation of my company, a good suite of products. What do you dislike? Remote desktop control is a touch laggy, but still very useable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Unattended access, easy connection, good remote control options. Android support is also excellent.

Quick Efficient Company

What do you like best? It easily lets me manage my employees desktops,laptops and even PHONES. Lots of little extra touches and features that really set it apart from some of the other larger names in the market. What do you dislike? It is both an upside and a downside. What do you like best? 1 SImple and neat UI 2 Lag free remote control even in lower bandwidth 3 Lag free audio call (computer audio 4 Handy tools while in remote session (options to open local services, task manager, system process, cmd etc 5 Easy switch between monitor What do you dislike? Cannot view multiple displays simultaneously. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Support session with customers.
