Very easy and helpful, i have an SME and I love it

BIGIN is easy to use and convenient

BIGIN is easy to use and convenient! They have an app that users can download on their mobile phones so they can access the amazing features BIGIN has to offer on the go! I would like to suggest that they offer a dialer with their CRM and that they can get our task/call notifications synced with the app so we can stay on top of our call list :D Other than this, BIGIN is one of the best CRM's out there :D

Best Scheduler and Management Tool Ever

As a long time marketing manager, I've seen many scheduling apps come and go. This one is by far the best I've ever used and the most streamlined for managing multiple pages congruently. It's super easy for my team to work together, and for everyone to be on the same page. There are many features worth mentioning but some of my top favorites are the calendar view for scheduling, the SmartQueue Slot for the best engagement, and the ability to tag and workflow with your team on notes and ideas.

Zoho is easy to use, even for me!

As a therapist trying to share valuable thoughts and ideas, I am not great with technology. However Zoho Social is a great platform to ideas and thoughts. Have tried various platforms but find Zoho Social the easiest to use. Would highly recommend!

110% Better than Hubspot

Having moved over from Hubspot due to their exorbitant prices, I can confirm that Zoho One is an amazing ecosystem that helps to complement our business. It does take a little time to correctly set up, but once working, it will deliver results. We use Mail, Books, CRM, Sign, Analytics, Sales IQ, Forms, Notebook and Workdrive. I have known Zoho since they came to market in the early/mid 2000's selling in the business finance arena. It was perfect then and has only gotten better. For the cost u pay it doesn't get any better than Zoho CRM and ZohoSocial, etc. Trust me on this I have used at least 15 CRM's in my career as a rep and have served as a developer in director and VP roles using platforms such as Salesforce and Zoho is right up there with SFDC for practicality and efficiency. Software for small business is difficult. I looked and LOOKED for something to help our new business. Not just DOCS and SHEETS, but real business needs. ZOHO is incredible. The customer service everyone is unhappy about seems to be improving. I have nothing but great results. It does take a little time but in the end it all works.
