Highy Configurable
Tried Bigin for a small start up, requirments weren't really for a CRM (which this does extremley well) but for client managment. Bigin is highly configurable and was able to use the product in ways not really intended (Client Managment) - intergration with ZOHO invoices is amazing. Customer support is excellent, pricing is extremley competitive. Bigin is perfect for small to medium size business.
