Best for Small & Medium Business
Zoho social is best suited for SMB. I have used multiple other apps but Zoho social is best in terms of Clean UI, UX and pricing. Highly recommended.

I am an entrepreneur beginning my business and for adequate control of my leads, it is imperative to have a CRM. Bigin ( by Zoho) is the best option for small businesses that need a CRM with excellent price/features for a CRM.
