Bigin is a really good tool for…
Bigin is a really good tool for enterprises of all sizes to manage leads and opportunities. It has all the basic features required for a mid sized enterprise to manage their business. Other CRMs tend to become very complex, leading to lesser user adoption. The learning curve for Bigin is minimal.

I was looking for a CRM that was easy to use, easy to customize and still had everything we needed for our business. It's even more customisable thanks to its Zapier and API integration. I personally recommend it.
