I’m happy with Zoho email and have never had issues, however I do not use their support which seems to be where the negative comments are.

Bigin is user friendly and flexible
Bigin is really simple to use so it makes it a really easy intuitive experience. I really liked that they gave quite a long extended trial period so we could continue to test and figure it out on our own time. This actually solidified our choice to stay with Bigin in the long run. I like that it's easy to maneuver through the processes, and how user friendly it was to set up rules, triggers, workflows etc.

Excellent CRM application
Excellent CRM application, very easy to use and adapts to your sales process easily. You can relate almost everything to yes to give you a 360 degree view of your process. An event process (deal) relate it to customers, products, tasks, notes, events, etc. Their mobile app really allows you to do a lot of things, it's not just viewing.
