Brilliant to visualise data powerfully

What do you like best? Data is automatically pulled and presented in powerful dashboards for us to identify new courses of action. We use it analyse data mainly from Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects. Both systems include limited reporting with little visual representation. The set up was so easy really, all we needed to do was enter the ZSC Key and within minutes the initial sync was done. An excellent value for small and medium size businesses.

What do you like best? I like having the ability to join data from different sources like a relational database. What do you dislike? Presentation layer is not as refined as Tableau, DOM, Sisense and more expensive dashboard solutions. Great tool for quick analysis

What do you like best? I love the ability to quickly analyze data in a variety of ways. What do you dislike? Sometimes you just want to do a quick analysis and it makes you save reports for some features such as exporting. This causes my reports tab to get overcrowded with reports I don't want. Also importing of dates does not always work properly and the SQL queries are little difficult to execute. Recommendations to others considering the product I personally think it's a great tool. ...

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to separate the data you are looking for and need to report on. What do you dislike? The once a day update/refresh is a little hard to get use to. Recommendations to others considering the product If using ZOHO CRM it transitions well. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good product with some flaws

What do you like best? Ease of creating new reports, syncing from Zoho projects What do you dislike? Only syncs every 6 hours, shared reports can't be edited by other people. Excellent application for SMEs

What do you like best? The ease to make customised reports is phenomenal. Anyone with basic knowledge of computers can make highly complex reports What do you dislike? Solid Reporting tool at a reasonable price

What do you like best? Zoho Reports is cheap and powerful. You can create custom reports by importing data from a local database either manually or through using their built in scripts to automate it. What do you dislike? The interface takes a little while to get used to. Automating data upload using the given script takes a fair amount of time to setup, and there's very little feedback to its success. Great in-depth product for detailing reports and making key decisions.

What do you like best? I really enjoy being able to ad and remove uses as needed on the fly. What do you dislike? I think the interface is a bit bland but super responsive. I believe it could also be integrated better with the CRM and given better accessibility.
