Billing Errors - Irritating But Resolved Quickly

My last activity was in February. They have billed my card twice for 548 for a service I have not received. It turn out it was being billed under a nonexistent email. I called their customer service and was on hold for about 10 seconds. The rep was courteous, quickly found the issue, and closed the rogue account.

What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? I used zip recruiter in combination with other sites. They are very communicative. I also like the face time/ video chat option with potential employers. Very helpful. What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter? If I had to critique the website, I would like to see more positions in the sociology and psychology fields. What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping to find part-time employment.
