Melissa - Did a great job
We had used the service for just the one month. Melissa was able to refund the $249 fee for another month that started today. We have gotten many qualified applicants through ZipRecruiter but currently do not need more personnel. Will definitely re-activate the service when we have the need. Melissa was very helpful in helping us export the resumes of those who had applied so we could consider them later as openings arise. Then she helped close the account for us. Thanks, Melissa - great job!

Excellent Service & Solution-focused
Rosalie was very helpful and even shared a way we can avoid receiving so many applicants who do not include resumes. She double checked the settings on our jobs and also provided instruction on adding "deal breaker" questions to our jobs. This will save us so much time in weeding out applicants that aren't a good fit for our organization!
