I call ZipRecruiter Line and Miguel answer immediately, I Need help with a posting and account change. Miguel helped me immediately - no waiting. He showed me how to post and offered suggestions for the post. He made my plan change cost immediately. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated his customer service. Thank you Miguel!!!

Understanding Email Invites and Resume Database.

ZipRecruiter's representative was Miguel, he was fantastic, he took his time and didn't rush us. The main reason for our call was to understand the 20 email invites and 25 resume database which he explained to a fault. As the conversation progressed other questions arised and were answered in a unhurried manner. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Miguel!!
