Travis was very knowledgeable about the services that ZipRecruiter has to offer. He did an exceptional job explaining entire process of posting job from start to finish; and all the necessary details in between. I feel like I know everything that I need to do on my end to ensure that my company receives the proper candidates for the positions posted and how to instruct those reviewing the applicants how to efficiently manage the process.

Lot's of candidates, able to find what we needed. Next time will use more advanced filters, because we got so many inquiries. Customer service was excellent.

Staff was both knowledgeable and very helpful
As a small company who does not hire often, Jason our contact person helped us better define the characteristics of the type of candidate for which we were looking and create an effective job posting. Initially, we had a lot of responses some of which missed the mark. So after a week, Jason helped refine our post to get more focused candidates.
