Travis helped me with new user permissions questions that I had, since I am trying to add some help to my recruiting function. He helped me understand how the permissions feature works and he was very good at teaching me the settings and explaining what each one does. As for ZipRecruiter, I like the filtering feature for jobs and candidates, and the ability to make comments and notes for each candidate.
