It was our first time using zip recruiter and was very pleased with the service. It is a good tool for trying to fill multiple positions. Great way to keep track of prospects without all the paper hassle typically associated with the resume process. The program also allows you to see how your adds are doing so you can look to improve on them and continue to get best result for your dollar spent.
